Our founders Nate, David, and Gabe are former bankers and technologists who were fed up with the banking options available to most Americans. The banking model today hinges on predatory fees, gotchyas, and poor customer service. Financial services are most expensive for the people who need them most. We believe there's a better way by aligning incentives between employees’ life goals and employer’s business goals.

We believe that every person has the same potential to improve society through innovative businesses, so we pledge 1% of our seed stage company equity to support diverse founders in entrepreneurship.
Time
We make room for our employees to spend 1% of their time volunteering however they choose.
Product
We make our product available to employees of non-profits for free, helping those who help others.
